While your vehicle is on the hoist, our technician works through a full checklist — fluids, brakes, tires, suspension, lights, filters, belts, and more — photographing and noting anything worth flagging along the way.

Built for High-Voltage Systems

Electric and hybrid vehicles carry everything in our standard inspection, plus checks that gas vehicles don't need — high-voltage battery health, drive unit fluid, and the effects of regenerative braking on your friction brakes.

As a NAPA NexDrive certified centre, our technicians are trained and equipped to inspect these systems safely across Tesla, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Chevrolet, Nissan, and more. This same kind of report is a standard part of our EV pre-purchase inspection — so if you're buying a used EV, you get the full picture before you commit.

Yes, for several services — it's standard with maintenance packages, diagnostics, brake and suspension work, tire changeovers, and every EV pre-purchase inspection, at no extra charge. For other visits, just ask your service advisor to add one.
We text and email you a secure link while your vehicle is still on the hoist. It opens right in your phone's browser — no app, login, or account needed.
Every inspection point is scored green (passed, no action needed), yellow (non-urgent — worth planning for), or red (urgent — affects safety or reliability soon). It's the same system a technician would walk you through in person, just in writing with photos.
The core inspection carries over, but EVs and hybrids get additional checks our gas-only inspection doesn't need — high-voltage battery health, drive unit and reduction gear fluid, battery coolant, and regenerative brake wear.
No. The report is informational — you decide what to approve, defer, or skip. Urgent safety items are always flagged clearly, but the decision is always yours.
